Redirect to corresponding code editor when opening a 'code' post in the post editor

Description

Posts of the custom post type for code should not be edited directly through the post editor.
Redirect the user to the corresponding code editor (theme or plugin) with the correct file opened up.

My first thought on this was that a redirect wasn't needed. Just not having the UI should be enough, but then Alex explained the problem via chat:

The problem occurred when viewing the code revision in the revision viewer. The post title on the top of the page links to the post edit editor. This link is fine and desired, but it should bring you to the correct code editor.

We need to look into either a redirect or filtering that link.
